About us Who is DJ’s Towing ?
DJ’s Towing is a proud Northern-owned and operated business founded in 2002.
We are committed to providing prompt, professional, and reliable recovery services in Yellowknife, our home, and throughout the Northwest Territories.
Your safety and your vehicle are our priority. That is why our fleet is equipped with wheel lifts and tilt decks to ensure safe, damage free towing on every job.
DJ’s Towing began in 2002 with a single wrecker and one truck focused on ice road hauling. As demand grew, we expanded our light duty towing services by adding a flat deck and continuing to build our capabilities. Through our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, we have grown into a trusted provider with a strong and capable fleet.
Today, we operate a large fleet of trucks and advanced equipment, including heavy duty wreckers designed to handle even the most complex recovery situations. Over the years, we have handled a wide range of unique towing jobs, from specialized vehicles to large equipment, demonstrating our ability to manage challenges of all kinds.
We work closely with the City of Yellowknife, RCMP, and the Sheriff department to support vehicle towing, recovery, accident clean ups, and storage services. We are also a trusted service provider for major roadside assistance companies and vehicle dealers, handling both local and long distance towing, including transport to Edmonton, Alberta.
In response to community needs, we have expanded our services over time to include additional support solutions such as equipment handling and job site assistance. Our goal is always to provide dependable service and support for any project you may need.
DJ’s Towing is also proud to support local non profit organizations and community initiatives whenever possible.
